Every project runs smoother when there is clear ownership. Meet the people responsible for planning, scheduling, site coordination, and communication so work stays organized from first call through closeout.

Brian Selinsky
Brian has worked at CEI Crane & Rigging for 31 years and became president in 2001. He enjoys the challenge of building the business and always strives for a mutually beneficial solution when things don’t go as planned.
He is married with three daughters, one in the Army National Guard. He enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid photographer. Brian is proud of his involvement with Habitat for Humanity donating countless hours of crane service to assist with the building of more than 125 Habitat homes.

Bryan Grove
Bryan Grove has worked at CEI for over 20 years advancing rapidly from a truck driver to Vice President of Operations. He oversees all activities from getting the employees started in the morning to making sure the equipment and buildings are in good shape to seeing that the jobs are running smoothly. Whatever is needed is what Bryan is doing. He is married with three daughters and two grandsons. He enjoys time with family and his hobby is racing sprint cars.

Sherri McMillen
Sherri takes care of the billing, accounting, quote submittals, job scheduling and permits for CEI Crane & Rigging and enjoys working on a variety of projects at a time. Before joining the CEI team, she took courses in Cooperative Office Education at WHS, graduating in 1986.
She also worked for 30 years at a Massillon manufacturing company as the Corporate Secretary and Purchasing Manager, was an Ohio Real Estate Sales Agent (licensed in 2008) and is a Notary Public. Sherri is married with five kids, four grandchildren, and two German Shepherds. When not at work, she enjoys remodeling her home, gardening and traveling.

Britney Wayts
Britney is the Office Administrator for CEI Crane & Rigging, handling Underground Storage Tank compliance, the Overseas Crating, Skidding, Packaging and ISPM 15 Certified Wood Stamp program along with ISNet World, Avetta, and TimkenSteel compliance. Her duties also include customer service and Human Resources as well as assisting with project quotes and Accounts Payable/Receivable tasks.
Before joining the CEI team, she graduated from Buckeye Career Center with a certificate in Agriculture & Diesel Technologies. She is currently majoring in Accounting, specializing in public accounting (CPA), at Stark State College. When not at work or in class, Britney enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family.

Ron Cooley
Ron is an Estimator/Project Manager for CEI Crane & Rigging, bidding and coordinating new work. He has had over ten years of background in the HVAC industry and finds those to be his favorite projects because of the challenge of something new on each project.
When not at work, you can find Ron tinkering, building or fabricating something new. Some of his other hobbies include hunting, fishing, camping and exploring the outdoors with family and friends.

David Price
David is a Project Manager/ Estimator for CEI Crane and Rigging, his focus is on bidding and project coordination for jobs both large and small. David started with CEI working in the field as a Job Foreman for 5 years and he was promoted to his current position. His hands-on-work knowledge from his field experience helps him accurately and efficiently serve his customers.
Prior to his experience with CEI, he spent 9 years working as a millwright for a local Canton business and 8 years in the sandblasting/painting industry. David is married with four children and enjoys camping, hunting, fishing, and watching his children participate in their sporting activities.

Terri Ayers
Terri is our Office Manager and is responsible for front office operations. She is involved with inside sales and marketing, assists with the outside sales team, and maintains our social media presence. She is responsible for CEI Crane & Rigging involvement with the Stark County Education Initiative and community activities. Prior to Terri joining the CEI team, she spent 21 years with a local Canton company in the service/manufacturing industry.
Terri is very enthusiastic about the natural healing arts and has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2009. She enjoys learning about natural healing remedies and helping her clients relax and heal. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Taylor Boss
Taylor Boss is a Business Development Manager for CEI Craine & Rigging. He has had over ten years of background as the Operations Manager at Starrett Service, which is now CEI’s trucking division. Taylor is responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships. He enjoys meeting with customers, being educated on their business, and informing them of ways CEI is there to help. He is married with two sons. He enjoys spending time with his family, boating and snowmobiling.
