CEI Crane & Rigging partnered with the Pro Football Hall of Fame event organizers for the 2018 enshrinement week, building on a working relationship that began in 2014. This long standing collaboration allowed both teams to align quickly on job requirements and weight specifications, creating a smooth planning process for the complex stage setup. With a clear understanding of the scope, CEI Crane & Rigging was able to approach the project with confidence and precision.

To meet the demands of the elaborate installation, the team deployed a 225 ton Grove GMK5225 and a 240 ton Grove GMK 5240. These cranes were selected specifically for their ability to manage the required loads while protecting the field. The schedule required exact timing, as the stage needed to be assembled and the field cleared ahead of a busy week of enshrinement events. CEI Crane & Rigging executed the setup efficiently, ensuring construction transitioned seamlessly into the main festivities.

The result was a striking, well lit stage that became the centerpiece of the week’s ceremonies and events, including a concert attended by thousands of players, fans, and local guests.
